Server

Servers describe menu and daily specials, take orders, serve food and make sure customers have everything they need to enjoy their meals.

Responsible for coordinating entire station and communicating front and back-of-house personnel in order to provide a dining experience that meets or exceeds guest expectations.

Processes guest orders to ensure that all items are prepared properly and on a timely basis. Our servers observe diners to ensure they are satisfied with food and service, respond to additional requests, and determine when the meal has been completed. They also ring up bills and accept payment.

May assist bus staff in stocking, removing and resetting dishes & silverware between courses, as well as cleaning and resetting vacated tables.

This position requires the ability to handle fast-paced, sometimes stressful situations, as well as a great deal of patience.  Previous waiting experience is preferred, but not necessary.
