Dining Room Managers supervise dining room operations and coordinate foodservice activities. Must have the constant goal of improving customer service.
They supervise and train dining room staff, confer with food preparation employees and other personnel to plan menus and related activities.
Work with lead dining room staff members to create employee schedules, create duty checklists, etc.
Responsible for the overall well being of the establishment during each scheduled shift.
