Assistant Kitchen Manager

The Assistant Kitchen Managers assist the Kitchen Manager in all operations of the kitchen.

Responsibilities include hiring/training of staff, inventory and ordering of food and equipment, and overseeing of all food prep stations.

Must be able to handle a leadership role while working in stressful situations over long periods of time.
